1. Product Overview

This VINABTY replacement remote control is designed to operate various Philips Soundbar models. It provides essential functions for controlling your soundbar's audio settings, input sources, and playback. This remote is a direct replacement and does not require programming.

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

To install batteries:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Press down on the tab and slide the battery cover downwards to open.
3. Insert two AAA (UM-4) 1.5V alkaline batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals match the diagrams inside the compartment.
4. Slide the battery cover back into place until it clicks securely.

4.2 Initial Use

This replacement remote control is designed to function immediately after battery installation. No programming or pairing is required. Simply point the remote at your Philips Soundbar and begin operation.

5. Operating Instructions

The remote control features an infrared signal for communication with your soundbar. Ensure a clear line of sight between the remote and the soundbar's IR receiver for optimal performance. The effective range is approximately 10 meters (33 feet).

5.1 Button Functions

• Power (⏻): Turns the soundbar on or off.

• Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the remote's response becomes sluggish or stops working. Always replace both batteries simultaneously with new alkaline batteries.
• Storage: If the remote will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and damage. Store in a cool, dry place.
