Setup

Operating Instructions

1. Hands-Free Automatic Vacuum Sealing (Dry/Moist Food)

The Fresko V8 Pro automatically detects the bag and food type (dry/moist) for optimal sealing.

1. Prepare Bag: Place your food item into a Fresko vacuum sealer bag. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean, dry, and free of wrinkles.
2. Insert Bag: Gently insert the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber slot. The machine will automatically detect the bag and begin the vacuuming and sealing process.
3. Monitor Progress: The intelligent touch screen and LED display will show the work progress indicator.
4. Completion: Once the process is complete, the machine will release the bag. Remove the sealed bag.

2. Single Sealing Function

Use this function to seal bags without vacuuming, ideal for delicate items or chip bags.

1. Activate Seal Mode: Touch the "Seal" icon on the control panel.
2. Insert Bag: Place the open end of the bag into the sealing slot.
3. Seal: The machine will automatically seal the bag. Remove once complete.

3. External Vacuum System

The Fresko V8 Pro includes an external vacuum system for use with wine bottles, vacuum canisters, and zipper bags.

1. Connect Hose: Attach the external accessory hose to the designated port on the side of the vacuum sealer.
2. Connect to Container: Attach the other end of the hose to the vacuum port on your compatible wine bottle stopper, vacuum canister, or zipper bag.
3. Activate External Vacuum: Touch the "External Vacuum Sealer" icon on the control panel.
4. Monitor Progress: The machine will begin to vacuum the container.
5. Completion: The machine will stop automatically when the desired vacuum level is reached.

4. Smart Liquid Reminder

The intelligent liquid detection system alerts you if excess liquid accumulates in the vacuum chamber.

• If excess liquid is detected, the indicator light will flash and a buzzing sound will alert you.
• Immediately clean the detachable magnetic vacuum chamber as described in the Maintenance section.

5. Auto Standby Mode

The machine will enter Sleep mode after 10 minutes of no operation. Touch the "Cancel" icon to wake it up.

6. Using Recommended Bags

For optimal vacuum sealing results, it is recommended to use FRESKO vacuum sealer bags with a round texture. Bags with no texture, rectangular texture, or double-sided texture may not provide the best seal.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Detachable Vacuum Chamber

The detachable magnetic vacuum chamber should be cleaned regularly, especially after sealing moist foods or when the liquid reminder activates.

1. Remove Chamber: Gently pull the detachable chamber out from the front of the unit.
2. Wash: Wash the chamber with warm, soapy water.
3. Rinse & Dry: Rinse thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
4. Reinsert: Slide the dry chamber back into its position until it clicks securely.

General Cleaning

• Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Ensure the sealing strip and vacuum gasket are clean and free of food debris.
