1. Product Overview

The mooas Full Moon LED Silent Wooden Digital Wall Clock is a versatile timepiece designed to enhance any living space. It features a unique wooden frame and a digital display with a backlight nightlight, offering multiple functionalities beyond simple timekeeping.

• Smart & Decorative LED Clock: Offers three modes: clock, nightlight, and nightlight & clock. The backlight nightlight, resembling a full moon, comes in three colors: yellow, white, and blue. The LED wall clock displays time, calendar, and day.
• Wall Clock or Desk Clock: Designed for flexible placement, it can be easily hung on a wall using the integrated hanging hole or placed on a desk with the included wood stand.
• Auto Brightness Adjustment: The display brightness automatically adjusts based on environmental light conditions via an illuminance sensor, ensuring optimal visibility during the day and dimming at night to avoid disturbing sleep.
• Nightlight Timer: Features an automatic nightlight shut-off timer, configurable up to 120 minutes (default 30 minutes), to support undisturbed sleep.
• Sunrise Alarm & Timer: Includes a sunrise alarm mode (10/20/30 minutes) where the backlight gradually brightens before the alarm time. Weekday-only alarms and adjustable alarm volume are also available.

3. Setup

3.1 Power Connection

The clock is powered by the included 5V 2A adapter only. The built-in CR2032 battery is solely for time memory and is not a power source. Connect the USB cable to the clock and the adapter, then plug the adapter into a standard US 110V outlet.

3.2 Placement Options

The clock offers two placement options: wall-mounted or desk-standing.

• Wall Mounting: Use the hanging hole at the back of the clock and the provided wall hangers (wall mount pins, art wall hooks, screw anchors, wall mount screws) to securely attach it to your desired wall surface. The newly improved cable is 30% thinner (0.09 inches), allowing for a less visible installation.
• Desk Standing: Utilize the included wooden stand to support the clock in a stable position on any flat surface.

4. Operating Instructions

The mooas Full Moon clock offers various functions controlled via the included remote control or buttons on the clock itself.

4.1 Remote Control Overview

The newly upgraded 10-button remote control provides enhanced convenience for adjusting settings.

4.2 Display Modes

The clock has three primary display modes:

• Clock Mode: Displays time, calendar, and day.
• Nightlight Mode: Only the backlight is active, providing ambient lighting.
• Nightlight & Clock Mode: Both the time display and backlight are active.

4.3 Nightlight Colors

The backlight nightlight offers three color options to create different atmospheres:

• Yellow (Warm white, 2700K)
• White (Daylight, 4000K)
• Blue (Cool white, 5500K)

4.4 Brightness Adjustment

The clock features 5 levels of brightness for both the LED display and the mood light, plus an automatic adjustment function.

• Manual Adjustment: Use the remote control to cycle through 5 brightness levels (LV.1 to LV.4 and OFF).
• Auto Brightness: The brightness is automatically controlled by an illuminance sensor based on ambient light. Long press the display brightness button on the remote to activate this function. The default setting is auto brightness control OFF.

4.5 Alarm and Timer Functions

• Sunrise Alarm: Set a 10, 20, or 30-minute sunrise mode, where the backlight gradually brightens before the alarm time for a refreshing wake-up.
• Nightlight Timer: The nightlight can be set to automatically turn off after a specified duration, with a maximum setting of 120 minutes and a default of 30 minutes.
• Weekday Alarm: Configure alarms to activate only on weekdays, allowing for undisturbed rest on weekends.
• Alarm Melodies: Choose from 5 different alarm melodies.
• Alarm Volume Control: Adjust the alarm volume to high (03), mid (02), low (01), or OFF. The sequence is high (03) → OFF → low (01) → mid (02).

4.6 Time and Date Display

• The clock displays time, date, and day of the week.
• The day of the week can be set in 8 languages: English, German, Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish, Danish, and Russian.
• To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit for temperature display, short press the UP button on the remote control.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Gently wipe the clock surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery: The internal CR2032 battery is for time memory only. It does not power the clock. Ensure the clock remains connected to the power adapter for continuous operation.

6. Troubleshooting

• Remote Control Not Working: Please remove the protective film from the remote control before use. If it still doesn't work, separate both the battery and the cable from the clock and remote control. This will reset the time. Reconnect and set the time again, then insert the battery into the clock.
• Incorrect Day of Week: If the day of the week does not match the date, refer to the time setting instructions in the user manual to correct the date and day.
• Display Too Bright at Night: Adjust the brightness manually to a lower level using the remote control, or activate the automatic brightness adjustment feature.
• Clock Not Powering On: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the clock and a working electrical outlet. Verify the USB cable is properly connected.
