Operating Instructions

Once your Xvive P3 (or P3D set) is paired and connected to your audio system, you can begin streaming audio.

  • Volume Control: Adjust the output volume directly from your connected Bluetooth device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) and/or from the input channel gain on your audio mixer/PA system.
  • Audio Playback: Start playing audio from your device's music player, streaming app, or any other audio source. The sound will be transmitted wirelessly to your connected audio system.
  • Range: Maintain your Bluetooth device within 100 feet (30.5 meters) of the P3 for optimal signal stability. Obstacles and interference can reduce this range.

Maintenance

  • Keep the device clean and free from dust and moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Avoid exposing the P3 to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.
  • Store the P3 in a safe place when not in use to prevent physical damage.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No audio output.Device not paired, P3 not powered on, low battery, incorrect input selected on mixer, volume too low.Ensure P3 is powered on and paired (solid blue light). Check battery level. Verify correct XLR input is selected on your mixer/PA. Increase volume on both your streaming device and the mixer channel.
Intermittent audio or poor sound quality.Device too far from P3, interference, low battery.Move your streaming device closer to the P3. Ensure there are no major obstructions. Recharge the P3. Avoid strong Wi-Fi signals or other Bluetooth devices nearby if possible.
Cannot pair with device.P3 not in pairing mode, device's Bluetooth is off, P3 already paired to another device.Ensure P3 is powered on and the blue PAIR light is blinking. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your streaming device. Forget "P3" from previously paired devices and try pairing again.
Low output volume even with mixer gain high.Input sensitivity mismatch, source device volume low.Ensure the volume on your connected smartphone/tablet is at a high level. Adjust the gain on your mixer's input channel. The P3 is designed for line-level inputs, not direct speaker connection without a mixer.
