2. Safety Information
- Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 500 pounds (227 kg). Overloading can cause damage to the hand truck and lead to injury.
- Secure Loads: Always use the included elastic ropes or other appropriate restraints to secure items on the hand truck to prevent shifting or falling during transport.
- Even Distribution: Distribute the weight of your load evenly across the base plate to maintain stability. Avoid placing all weight at the front or back.
- Surface Awareness: Exercise caution when operating on uneven, sloped, or slippery surfaces. Ensure all wheels are in contact with the ground.
- Handle Grip: Maintain a firm grip on the telescoping handle during operation.

4. Setup and Assembly
The SOYO Folding Hand Truck requires minimal assembly, primarily attaching the wheels.
4.1. Attaching the Wheels
- Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Identify the Swivel Wheels (4 pieces) and Fixed Wheels (2 pieces). Swivel wheels can rotate 360 degrees, while fixed wheels only move forward and backward.
- Locate the four corner slots on the underside of the hand truck base. Insert the Swivel Wheels into these four corner slots. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Locate the two central slots on the underside of the hand truck base. Insert the Fixed Wheels into these two central slots. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Ensure all wheels are securely attached by gently pulling on them.

4.2. Unfolding the Hand Truck
- Place the folded hand truck on a flat surface.
- Locate the red button on the side of the base plate. Press and hold this button.
- While holding the button, pull the extendable base plate outwards until it locks into place.
- Pull the telescoping handle upwards from its stored position.
- Press the button on the top of the handle and extend it to your desired height. There are three adjustable lengths. Release the button to lock the handle in place.

4.3. Folding the Hand Truck for Storage
- Ensure the hand truck is empty and on a flat surface.
- Press the button on the top of the handle and push the handle down completely until it is fully retracted.
- Press the red button on the side of the base plate and push the extendable base plate inwards until it is fully collapsed.
- The hand truck will now be in its compact, folded state for easy storage.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Loading Items
- Ensure the hand truck is fully unfolded and the handle is extended to a comfortable height.
- Place items onto the base plate, ensuring the weight is centered and balanced.
- For taller or unstable loads, use the two included Elastic Ropes to secure the items to the handle frame. Hook one end of the rope to the base or frame, wrap it around the load, and secure the other end.
- Do not exceed the 500 lbs (227 kg) weight capacity.

5.2. Maneuvering the Hand Truck
- With the load securely placed, gently pull or push the hand truck using the extended handle.
- The 360-degree swivel wheels allow for easy turning and navigation in tight spaces.
- When moving over obstacles or uneven terrain, proceed slowly and with caution.
- Avoid sudden stops or turns, especially with heavy loads, to prevent tipping.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the hand truck with a damp cloth after use to remove dirt and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the plastic or metal components.
- Wheel Inspection: Periodically check the wheels for any signs of wear, damage, or obstructions. Ensure they rotate freely.
- Lubrication: If wheels become stiff, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the wheel axles.

7. Troubleshooting
- Hand Truck is Unstable:
- Ensure the load is evenly distributed and not exceeding the weight capacity.

- Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly:
