2. Setup

2.1 What's in the Box

2.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your earbuds and charging case.

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are seated correctly; magnetic contacts will align them.
2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The indicator light on the charging case will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 1 hour for the case.
4. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off, depending on the model.

Note: The earbuds will charge automatically when placed in a charged case. A fully charged case can recharge the earbuds multiple times.

2.3 Bluetooth Pairing

Follow these steps to pair your earbuds with your device:

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on one or both earbuds.
3. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for new devices and select "Coby CETW542" (or similar name) from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, the earbud LED light will stop flashing, and your device will confirm the connection.

Note: The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

3. Operating the Earbuds

3.1 Wearing the Earbuds

The Coby Ultra-Slim Earbuds feature an ergonomic, bean-shaped design for a comfortable and secure fit. Gently insert each earbud into your ear canal, rotating slightly until it feels snug and stable. The design helps prevent them from falling out during movement.

3.2 Touch Controls

Your earbuds are equipped with intuitive touch controls on the outer surface of each earbud. The specific functions may vary slightly depending on your device and application, but common controls include:

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud during an incoming call.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Alexa/Google Assistant): Triple tap on either earbud.
• Volume Control: (Check device settings or app for specific volume control gestures, as this can vary.)

Tip: Avoid touching the earbuds excessively when adjusting them to prevent unintended commands.

3.3 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically disconnect and power off.

4.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and hygiene:

• Gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

5.1 Earbuds Not Pairing or Connecting
