Setup

Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all included items are present:

  • R600 Portable Power Station Unit
  • AC Charging Cable
  • User Manual

Inspect the unit for any visible damage. If any damage is found or parts are missing, contact customer support immediately.

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the R600. Connect the AC charging cable to the unit's AC input port and then to a wall outlet. The display will indicate the charging status. A full charge from 0% to 100% can be achieved in approximately 60 minutes using rapid charging mode (max 400W).

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Press and hold the main power button for a few seconds to turn the unit on or off. The display will illuminate upon activation.

Output Ports

The R600 is equipped with various output ports to power different devices simultaneously (up to 8 devices).

  • AC Outlets (x2): 100V Pure Sine Wave, rated 600W (surge 1200W). Suitable for laptops, small appliances, etc.
  • USB-A Ports (x2): PD18W output. For smartphones and other USB-A powered gadgets.
  • USB-C Ports (x2): PD100 fast charging compatible. For fast charging compatible devices.
  • Cigarette Lighter Socket (x1): 12V/10A output. Compatible with portable refrigerators and other 12V devices.
  • Wireless Charging Pad (x1): Max 15W. Place compatible devices on the pad for convenient charging.

Charging Methods

The R600 supports multiple charging options:

  • AC Wall Outlet: Max 400W input for 60-minute full charge.
  • Solar Panel: Max 220W PV input (12-60V) via XT60 port. Full charge in 1.5-2 hours with optimal sunlight.
  • Car Charger: 12V/24V compatible.
  • Generator: Can also be charged via a generator.

UPS Function (Uninterruptible Power Supply)

When the UPS function is activated, the R600 can supply power directly to connected AC devices without routing through its internal battery while the unit is charging. In the event of a power outage, the R600 automatically switches to battery power within 10 milliseconds, ensuring continuous operation for connected devices like computers or Wi-Fi routers.

To activate the UPS function, turn on the power and AC output, then connect the AC charging cable.

Silent Charging Mode

LED Light Functions

  • 2 Clicks: Strong illumination mode
  • 3 Clicks: SOS mode
  • 4 Clicks: Turn off the light

Remote Control via ALLPOWERS App

The ALLPOWERS R600 can be remotely controlled using the dedicated ALLPOWERS app on both iOS and Android devices. Controllable functions include:

  • Monitoring battery level, input/output power, and estimated remaining usage time.
  • Turning AC, DC, and USB outputs on/off.
  • Turning the LED light on/off.
  • Switching frequency.
  • Switching charging modes.
  • Setting Eco mode duration.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ALLPOWERS R600, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Storage: Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Charging: For long-term storage, charge the unit to approximately 50-80% every 3-6 months to preserve battery health.
  • Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
  • Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation openings are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your R600, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect it to an AC outlet for charging.
  • No Output from Ports: Check if the specific output (AC, DC, USB) is enabled. Some outputs can be toggled via the unit's buttons or the app. Ensure the connected device is within the power station's output limits.
  • Charging Issues: Verify that the charging cable is securely connected. If using solar, ensure panels are in direct sunlight and correctly oriented. Check for any error codes on the display.
  • Overload Protection: If the unit shuts down, it might be due to an overload. Disconnect some devices and restart the power station.
