1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Precautions

  • Always ensure the voltage of your power outlet matches the voltage specified on the appliance.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 General Cooking

  1. Add desired ingredients and water to the stainless steel inner pot. Ensure water level is between MIN and MAX marks.
  2. Place the glass lid securely on the pot.
  3. Turn the control knob to the desired power setting:
    • 200W (Low): Ideal for simmering soups, cooking porridge, oatmeal, or gently boiling eggs.
    • 600W (High): For rapid boiling of water, cooking noodles, pasta, or dumplings.
  4. The indicator light will illuminate when the appliance is active.
  5. Once cooking is complete, turn the control knob to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.

5.2 Using the Steamer

  1. Add water to the main pot, ensuring it does not exceed the MIN line if only steaming.
  2. Place the stainless steel steamer insert into the pot.
  3. Arrange food items (e.g., vegetables, seafood, buns) in the steamer.
  4. Cover with the glass lid and select the desired power setting.
  5. Monitor steaming progress through the glass lid.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Cleaning the Inner Pot: The non-stick interior is easy to clean. Wipe with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly, being careful not to get water into the electrical base. Wipe dry immediately.
  3. Cleaning the Steamer and Lid: These parts are fully washable. Clean with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.
  4. Removing Limescale: If mineral deposits (limescale) appear on the bottom of the pot:
    • Fill the pot with water up to the MIN line.
    • Add 1-2 tablespoons of white vinegar or lemon juice.
    • Turn the pot on to the 200W setting and let it boil for 5-10 minutes.
    • Unplug, let cool, then pour out the solution and wipe clean.
