Introduction

The IOWODO Smartwatch for Girls, Model XT23-PK, is designed to provide communication, entertainment, and educational features for children aged 4-12. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your device.

Setup

1. SIM Card Installation

The smartwatch supports 2G Nano SIM cards for calling functionality. Ensure the watch is powered off before installing the SIM card.

  1. Carefully remove the back cover of the smartwatch.
  2. Gently lift the battery to reveal the SIM card slot. Do not disconnect the copper cable.
  3. Insert a 2G Nano SIM card into the designated slot, ensuring correct orientation.
  4. Place the battery back into position and reattach the back cover securely.
  5. Power on the watch.

Note: Only Nano SIM cards are supported. Standard and Micro SIM cards are not compatible. If the SIM card is new, it may need to be activated in a mobile phone first before being used in the smartwatch.

2. Charging the Smartwatch

Before first use, fully charge the smartwatch. Connect the charging cable to the watch and a compatible USB power source. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

3. Power On/Off

  • To power on: Press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the screen lights up.
  • To power off: Press and hold the Power button, then select "Power Off" on the screen.

Operating Instructions

Basic Navigation

The smartwatch features a 1.69-inch touch screen. Swipe left/right or up/down to navigate through menus and applications. Tap to select an option.

Making and Receiving Calls

With a 2G Nano SIM card installed, the smartwatch can make and receive calls. You can view call history and save up to 10 contacts.

SOS Function

In an emergency, double-click the "Home" button on the side of the watch to activate the SOS function. This will dial a pre-set emergency contact. The SOS function operates even without a SIM card.

Camera and Multimedia

The smartwatch is equipped with front and side cameras for taking photos and videos. It includes built-in stickers for added fun. The integrated SD card supports playing downloaded music and videos, as well as viewing photo albums.

Games and Audiobooks

The watch includes 18 educational games designed to train thinking and hand-eye coordination. Parents can set time limits for games using the parental control function. It also features 10 series of storybooks that tell stories and play scenes automatically when the child touches the screen.

Habit Tracking and Daily Routines

The smartwatch includes 13 habit tracking modes to help children develop a sense of time and foster good habits. These include reminders for waking up, brushing teeth, breakfast, walking the dog, going to school, lunch, sports, going home, dinner, homework, reading, and bedtime.

Customizing Watch Faces

The smartwatch offers 22 pre-installed watch faces and supports custom watch faces to personalize the device's appearance.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the watch screen and strap with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and do not allow the battery to fully discharge frequently. Charge regularly.
  • Storage: Store the smartwatch in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting
