Maintenance
- Hardshell Luggage: Wipe the ABS hardshell exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Fabric Bags (Backpack & Toiletry Bag): The polyester fabric is mild water-resistant. For cleaning, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry thoroughly.
- Wheels & Zippers: Periodically check wheels for debris and clean as needed. Lubricate zippers with a silicone-based spray if they become stiff.
Troubleshooting
- Stuck Telescopic Handle: Ensure no items are obstructing the handle mechanism inside the luggage. Gently pull and push while pressing the release button.
- Stiff Wheels: Clean any dirt or hair from around the wheel axles. A small amount of silicone lubricant can improve smoothness.
- TSA Lock Issues: If you forget your combination, you may need to contact a locksmith or the manufacturer for assistance. Do not force the lock.
- Zipper Malfunction: Ensure the zipper teeth are aligned. If a zipper is stuck, try applying a small amount of lubricant (e.g., wax or silicone spray) and gently work it back and forth.
