5. Setup Guide

1. Download the App: Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging to download the "Suear" application on your iOS or Android device. You can also visit http://qr19.cn/CRUIhc to download.
2. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the AIFINI X2 device for 1-2 seconds to turn it on. The indicator light will illuminate.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi: Open your device's Wi-Fi settings. Locate and connect to the Wi-Fi network named "Suear-xxxx" (where 'xxxx' is a unique identifier). It is normal for a "Network unavailable" prompt to appear, as this is a direct device connection and does not provide internet access.
4. Launch App: Open the "Suear" app. The live camera feed from the AIFINI X2 should now be displayed.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Attach Ear Spoon: Select a suitable silicone ear spoon and firmly attach it to the tip of the device. Ensure it is secure.
2. Positioning: Gently insert the device into your ear canal while observing the live feed on your smartphone. Move the device slowly and carefully.
3. Cleaning: Use the ear spoon to gently scoop or dislodge earwax. Avoid aggressive movements or pushing wax deeper into the ear.
4. Screen Orientation: The device features a six-axis gravity sensor and screen reverse design, allowing the image to automatically adjust for correct orientation regardless of how you hold the device or which ear you are examining.
5. Capture Images/Videos: The "Suear" app allows you to capture still images or record videos of your ear canal for later review or consultation with a healthcare professional.
6. Completion: Once cleaning is complete, carefully remove the device from your ear.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning Ear Spoons: After each use, remove the silicone ear spoon and wash it with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before storing or reusing.
• Cleaning Device: Wipe the camera lens and the body of the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the main device in water.
• Charging: Use the provided Type-C charging cable to charge the device. Connect the cable to the Type-C charging port on the device and a compatible USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status.

• "Network unavailable" message: This is normal. The device creates its own Wi-Fi network for direct connection to your phone and does not provide internet access. You can proceed with using the app.
• No image in app: Ensure the device is powered on and fully charged. Verify that your phone is connected to the "Suear-xxxx" Wi-Fi network. Close and reopen the app if necessary.
• Image blurry: Gently clean the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure there is no debris on the lens.
• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is charged. If it still doesn't turn on, try charging it for a longer period.
