1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your KOMFOTT Industrial Metal Bed Frame. Please read these instructions thoroughly before beginning assembly and retain them for future reference.

2. Safety Information

• Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use if any parts are missing or broken.
• Assembly should be performed by at least two adults.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 1100 lbs (approximately 500 kg).
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly to prevent choking hazards.
• Periodically check all connections and fasteners to ensure they remain tight.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the headboard shelves to prevent damage or injury.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow the detailed steps provided in the included assembly guide. Ensure you have adequate space and the necessary tools before starting. It is recommended to assemble the bed frame on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out and compare them against the parts list in the separate assembly guide to ensure everything is present.
2. Assemble the Headboard: Attach the headboard panels and the 2-tier storage shelves according to the diagrams. Secure all connections firmly.
3. Install LED Lights: Adhere the LED light strip to the designated area on the headboard. Connect it to the power source as instructed.
4. Assemble Side Rails and Footboard: Connect the side rails to the headboard and then attach the footboard. Do not fully tighten all bolts until the frame is mostly assembled.
5. Install Support Legs and Slats: Attach the middle support legs and then place the 13 powder-coated metal slats onto the frame. Ensure the anti-slip strip on the center bar is correctly positioned to reduce noise.
6. Assemble Storage Drawers: Construct the 4 foldable fabric drawers. Insert the drawer liners. Attach the rolling casters and drawer stoppers.
7. Final Tightening: Once the main frame is assembled and aligned, securely tighten all bolts and screws.
8. Insert Drawers: Slide the assembled drawers into the under-bed compartments.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. LED Lights Operation

The integrated RGB LED lights offer customizable ambiance for your bedroom. They can be controlled via the included remote control or a dedicated smartphone application.

• Power On/Off: Use the power button on the remote or app to turn the lights on or off.
• Color Selection: Choose from over 60,000 colors using the color wheel or preset options.
• Dynamic Modes: Select from 3 dynamic modes for various lighting effects.
• Music Sync Mode: Activate this mode to synchronize the light's color and pulse with music rhythm or ambient sounds detected by the MIC.
• Brightness/Speed Adjustment: Adjust the intensity of the lights and the speed of dynamic modes.
• Timing Function: Set a timer for the lights to automatically turn off (1-4 hours).
