2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Hamilton Beach Sure-Crisp Air Fryer Countertop Toaster Oven

  1. Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, including any internal packing and accessories.
  2. Clean: Wash the air-fry basket, bake pan, broil rack, and crumb tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, ensuring at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation. Do not place directly under cabinets.
  4. Initial Burn-Off: Before first use, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes on the BAKE setting at 450°F (230°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process. Ensure good ventilation.

  1. Unpack: Remove all packaging materials.
  2. Clean: Wash the glass jar, lid, and filler cap in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The blade assembly can also be washed, taking care around the sharp blades.
  3. Assemble: Place the blade assembly onto the motor base. Secure the glass jar onto the blade assembly by twisting until it locks into place. Place the lid securely on the glass jar.
  4. Placement: Place the blender on a stable, dry, and level surface.

5. Operating Instructions

General Operation:

  1. Place food on the appropriate accessory (air-fry basket, bake pan, or broil rack).
  2. Insert the accessory into the oven.
  3. Close the oven door.
  4. Turn the Function Dial to the desired setting (AIR FRY, BAKE, BROIL, TOAST).
  5. Turn the Temperature Dial to the desired temperature.
  6. Turn the Timer Dial to the desired cooking time. The oven will begin heating. For continuous operation, turn the timer past 10 and then back to 'STAY ON'.
  7. The power indicator light will illuminate when the oven is on.
  8. When cooking is complete, the timer will ding and the oven will shut off (unless 'STAY ON' is selected).

Specific Functions:

  • AIR FRY: Use the air-fry basket placed on top of the bake pan (to catch drips). This function uses powerful convection for crispy results with little to no oil.
  • TOAST: Place bread directly on the wire rack. Adjust the timer for desired toast shade.
  • BAKE: Use the bake pan. Ideal for casseroles, cookies, or reheating.
  • BROIL: Use the broil rack on the bake pan. Position food closer to the top heating elements for browning. Monitor closely to prevent burning.

General Operation:

  1. Ensure the blender is unplugged before adding ingredients.
  2. Add ingredients to the glass jar. For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, then hard ingredients (like ice or frozen fruit). Do not overfill past the MAX fill line.
  3. Securely place the lid on the jar and insert the filler cap.
  4. Plug the blender into a standard electrical outlet.
  5. Select the desired function button on the control panel. The blender will start.
  6. For continuous blending, press the ON button. For pulsing, use the PULSE button.
  7. When blending is complete, press the OFF button and unplug the blender before removing the jar.

WaveAction System:

The patented WaveAction System continually forces the mixture down into the blades for consistently smooth results without stirring. This helps prevent ingredients from sticking to the sides of the jar.

  • Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
