5. Operating Instructions
Prepare your ingredients by washing them thoroughly. For most fruits and vegetables, pre-cutting is not necessary due to the self-feeding hopper. However, very large or fibrous items may benefit from being cut into smaller pieces.
- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice/pulp containers are in place.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn the Power Switch to the 'ON' position. The motor will start quietly.
- Begin adding your prepared fruits and vegetables into the Self-Feeding Hopper. The auger will automatically draw the produce in.
- If ingredients get stuck or the juicer jams, turn the Power Switch to 'REV' (Reverse) for a few seconds to dislodge the produce, then return to 'ON'.
- Once juicing is complete, turn the Power Switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.

7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; parts not assembled correctly; safety lock not engaged. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check that all parts are correctly assembled and locked into place. |
| Juicer stops during operation or jams. | Too much produce loaded at once; hard produce causing blockage. | Turn the Power Switch to 'REV' for a few seconds, then back to 'ON'. If the issue persists, disassemble and clear any blockage. |
| Unusual noise or burning smell. | Motor overload; foreign object inside. | Immediately turn off and unplug the juicer. Disassemble and check for any foreign objects or blockages. Allow the motor to cool down if it was running for an extended period. If the problem continues, contact customer support. |
| Low juice yield or wet pulp. | Incorrect produce type; strainer clogged. | Ensure produce is fresh. Clean the strainer thoroughly to prevent clogging. Some very soft or fibrous produce may naturally yield less juice. |
