Maintenance

Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Avoid using abrasive materials, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry for optimal charging.

Water Resistance Guidelines

• The earbuds and charging case are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
• This rating is for fresh water. Avoid exposure to saltwater, chlorinated water, or other liquids.
• Do not charge the earbuds or case if they are wet. Ensure all components are completely dry before charging to prevent damage.
• Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease over time with normal wear.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged and removed from the case. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again.
• Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and try again. Ensure both earbuds have sufficient charge.
• Poor sound quality: Check if the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Ensure there are no obstructions on the earbud speakers. Clean the earbuds if necessary.
• Charging issues: Verify the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
• Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the case and taking them out again.
