Product Overview

LED Digital Power Display

The charging case features a dual digital power display. This display indicates the remaining battery percentage of the charging case and the individual charge levels of the left and right earbuds when the case is opened or closed. A single earbud charge provides up to 5 hours of listening time, and the charging case extends total listening time up to 40 hours.

Bluetooth 5.3 Connectivity

Equipped with advanced Bluetooth 5.3 technology, these earbuds ensure a stable and efficient wireless connection. This technology provides lower latency, reduced power consumption, and an extended transmission range for a reliable audio experience across compatible devices.

High-Fidelity Audio

The earbuds incorporate 13mm graphene composite drivers, designed to deliver clear sound and deep bass resonance. This configuration aims to provide an immersive audio experience for music and calls. Dual built-in microphones with CVC 8.0 noise cancellation enhance call clarity by reducing ambient noise.

IPX7 Waterproof Design

Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power source.
3. The LED display on the charging case will show the current battery level. The earbuds will charge automatically when placed in the case.
4. A full charge for the case and earbuds typically takes about 1 hour.

2. Initial Pairing with a Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "SGNICS IAII15" (or similar name) from the list.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing (e.g., a voice prompt or LED indicator change).
5. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

The SGNICS Wireless Earbuds feature capacitive touch-sensing technology for easy control of music, calls, and voice assistant functions.

Touch Controls

• Play/Pause Music: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry for optimal charging.

Storage

• Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
• Avoid storing in extreme temperatures or high humidity.

Water Resistance

The IPX7 rating means the earbuds can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, it is not recommended for swimming or prolonged water exposure. Always ensure the earbuds and charging port are dry before charging.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
• No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often resets the connection.
• Charging issues: Verify that the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
• Unstable connection: Ensure your device is within the Bluetooth range (up to 10 meters) and there are no significant obstacles between the earbuds and your device.
