4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The dual LED display on the case will show the charging status and battery percentage. A 1-hour quick charge provides significant playback time.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S9, smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "SGNICS Earbuds" from the list.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically pair with the last connected device when removed from the case.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for easy management of calls and music playback:

• Play/Pause Music: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.

5.2 HD Calls with CVC 8.0 Noise Cancellation

Equipped with built-in dual microphones and CVC 8.0 noise cancellation, these earbuds ensure crystal clear calls by effectively reducing ambient noise.

• Water Resistance: The earbuds and charging case are IPX7 waterproof, making them resistant to sweat, water splashes, and rain. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid prolonged exposure to water.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your earbuds, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try re-pairing.
• No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This often re-syncs them.
• Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is active. Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears. Check for any debris blocking the speaker mesh.
