Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the controller. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the controller frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% every few months.
- Avoid Physical Impact: Do not drop or subject the controller to strong impacts, as this can damage internal components.
Troubleshooting
Controller Not Powering On
- Ensure the controller is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and wait for a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
Connectivity Issues (Bluetooth/2.4G Wireless)
- For 2.4G: Ensure the USB dongle is securely plugged into your device and the controller's mode switch is set to the correct 2.4G/PC position. Try a different USB port.
- For Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Forget the controller from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair. Ensure the controller's mode switch is set to the correct Bluetooth mode (Switch/Android/PC).
- Move closer to the receiver/device to rule out range issues.
- Ensure there are no strong interferences from other wireless devices.
Buttons or Joysticks Not Responding/Drifting
- Ensure the controller's firmware is up to date using the official software.
- Calibrate the joysticks and triggers through the controller's software.
- Check for any physical obstructions or debris around the buttons or joysticks.
- If a specific button (e.g., shoulder bumper) feels loose or unresponsive, it may indicate a hardware issue.
Short Battery Life
- Ensure the controller is fully charged before use.
- Reduce RGB lighting brightness or turn it off to conserve battery.
- Battery performance may degrade over time with extensive use.
