1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

• A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
• Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
• Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, and the like.
• Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

3. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
2. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance (at least 10-15 cm clearance on all sides). Do not place it near flammable materials or under cabinets.
3. Initial Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (bake pan, wire rack, rotisserie set, crumb tray, skewer rack, skewer rods) in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
4. First Use (Burn-in): Before first use, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 250°C using the 'Top & Bottom Heating' mode to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
5. Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is not damaged and plug the oven into a suitable 16A electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The AGARO Royal 60L OTG features intuitive knob controls for temperature, heating mode, rotisserie/convection, and timer settings.

Controls Overview:

• Temperature Knob: Adjusts cooking temperature from 100°C to 250°C.
• Heating Function Knob: Selects the heating elements to be active (Top, Bottom, or Top & Bottom).
• Rotisserie/Convection Knob: Activates the motorized rotisserie or the convection fan for even heat distribution.
• Timer Knob: Sets the cooking time up to 90 minutes. Includes a 'Stay-On' function for continuous operation.

General Operation:

1. Pre-heating: Turn the Temperature Knob to the desired temperature. Select the desired Heating Function. Turn the Timer Knob to the desired pre-heating time (e.g., 10-15 minutes). The indicator light will illuminate.
2. Placing Food: Once pre-heated, carefully place your food inside the oven using the appropriate accessories (bake pan, wire rack, etc.).
3. Setting Cooking Parameters:
   • Temperature: Adjust the Temperature Knob to the recipe's requirement.
   • Heating Mode: Select one of the three modes:
     • Top Heating: Ideal for grilling, browning, or toasting the top of food.
     • Bottom Heating: Suitable for baking bases or gentle heating from below.
     • Top & Bottom Heating: Standard mode for most baking and roasting, ensuring even cooking.
   • Convection: For faster and more uniform heating, turn the Rotisserie/Convection Knob to the convection fan symbol. This circulates hot air.
   • Rotisserie: For spit-roasting, secure the food onto the rotisserie rod with forks. Insert the rotisserie assembly into the oven's rotisserie sockets. Turn the Rotisserie/Convection Knob to the rotisserie symbol.
   • Timer: Set the Timer Knob to the required cooking duration. For continuous operation, turn the timer past the 90-minute mark to the 'Stay-On' position. The oven will automatically shut off and ring a bell when the timer reaches zero (unless 'Stay-On' is selected).
4. Monitoring: Use the illuminated chamber and heat-resistant glass door to monitor cooking progress without opening the door.
5. Completion: When cooking is complete, turn all knobs to the 'OFF' position and carefully remove the cooked food using oven mitts and the tray handle.

5. Cooking Tips

Baking:

• Use the 'Top & Bottom Heating' mode for most baking recipes.
• For even baking, pre-heat the oven to the recommended temperature.
• Place baking pans on the middle rack for optimal heat distribution.
• The convection fan can reduce baking time and ensure more uniform browning. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Grilling:

• Use the 'Top Heating' mode for grilling.
• Place food on the wire rack, positioned closer to the top heating elements for direct heat.
• Use the bake pan or crumb tray below the wire rack to catch drips.
• Turn food halfway through cooking for even grilling.

Roasting (with Rotisserie):

• Ensure the meat is securely fastened to the rotisserie rod to prevent uneven rotation.
• Use the 'Top & Bottom Heating' mode with the rotisserie function for thorough cooking and even browning.
• Place the bake pan or crumb tray at the bottom to collect juices and fat.
• The convection fan can enhance roasting by circulating hot air around the rotating food.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your AGARO Royal 60L OTG.

1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
3. Interior: The interior walls can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, following the product instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
4. Glass Door: Clean the glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the glass or seals.
5. Crumb Tray: Remove the crumb tray regularly and empty any food particles. Wash it in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
6. Accessories: All removable accessories (bake pan, wire rack, rotisserie set, skewer rack, skewer rods) can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry completely before storing or re-inserting into the oven.
7. Do Not Immerse: Never immerse the main body of the oven, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
