Step 1: Assemble the Base and Main Column

Attach the main support column to the base using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure.

Mobility (with Casters)

If you have installed the casters, you can easily move the TV stand to different locations. Ensure the path is clear and move the stand slowly and carefully. Lock the casters once the stand is in its desired position to prevent accidental movement.

Maintenance

  • Clean the stand regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
  • Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
  • Avoid exposing the stand to excessive moisture or direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Issue: TV stand feels unstable.

Solution:

  • Ensure all assembly screws are tightened securely.
  • Verify the TV stand is on a flat, level surface.
  • If using casters, ensure they are locked when the stand is stationary. Consider replacing casters with stoppers for permanent fixed stability.
  • Confirm the anti-tip wire is properly installed and secured to the wall.
  • Check that the TV weight does not exceed the 40kg maximum load capacity.

Issue: Difficulty adjusting TV height or swivel.

Solution:

  • Ensure no cables are obstructing the movement of the TV bracket or column.
  • For height adjustment, ensure the locking mechanism is disengaged before attempting to move the TV.
  • Do not force the movement; if resistance is met, re-check the installation.
