4. Setup Guide

  1. Attach Desktop Clamp: Secure the desktop clamp to the edge of your desk. Ensure it is tightened firmly for stability.
  2. Insert Boom Arm: Insert the metal boom arm into the desktop clamp. Adjust the arm's position and tighten the knob to secure it.
  3. Mount Microphone: Attach the microphone (with its pre-installed shock mount) to the boom arm. The shock mount helps reduce vibrations.
  4. Attach Pop Filter: The pop filter is integrated into the microphone's design. Ensure it is properly aligned in front of the microphone capsule.
  5. Connect USB Cable: Connect the included USB or USB-C cable from the microphone to an available USB port on your computer (Windows PC, Mac) or gaming console (PS4/PS5).

    Note: This microphone is not compatible with XBOX consoles.

  6. System Recognition: Your operating system should automatically recognize the microphone. No additional drivers are typically required.

5.1. Mute/Unmute Function

The mute button is located on the top of the microphone. A single tap will toggle the mute function. The LED indicator will change color to show the mute status (e.g., red for muted, green for active).

5.2. Mic Gain Adjustment

The mic gain knob is located at the bottom of the microphone. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase sensitivity (pick up more sound) and counter-clockwise to decrease sensitivity (pick up less sound). Adjust this to optimize your audio input level.

The DGM20S features one-click noise cancellation technology. Long-press the dedicated noise cancellation button (often integrated with the mute button or a separate button on top) to activate or deactivate this feature. When active, it will effectively eliminate background noise, providing clearer voice capture.

The microphone offers 9 personalized RGB lighting modes. Short-press the RGB button (often integrated with the light icon on top) to cycle through different colors and lighting effects. Long-pressing the RGB button will turn off the RGB lights.

Plug your headphones into the 3.5mm jack located on the microphone. This allows you to hear your own voice in real-time without any delay, ensuring optimal audio quality during recording or streaming.
