3. Setup
3.1 Attaching the Container Unit
The container unit is designed to be interchangeable. Ensure the truck chassis is stable before attaching or detaching the container.
3.2 Preparing the Forklift
The mobile forklift is ready for use out of the box. Ensure the rear wheel steering mechanism is freely movable. The hoisting mast can be extended and tilted manually.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Truck Operation
- Opening Doors: Gently pull the door handles to open the cab doors.
- Opening Hood: Lift the front of the hood to reveal the engine compartment.
- Adjusting Mirrors: The outside mirrors can be folded manually.
- Deploying Support Legs: Extend the fold-out support legs located on the truck body for stability when the container unit is detached.
4.2 Container Unit Operation
- Opening Rear Doors: Unlatch and swing open the rear doors of the container unit to access its interior.
- Detaching Container: Pull out the interchangeable unit and extend the outriggers to jack up the container, allowing the truck to move away.
4.3 Forklift Operation
- Steering: Use the overhead aid to directly steer the rear wheel of the forklift.
- Hoisting Mast: Manually extend the 2-part hoisting mast to raise or lower loads.
- Tilting Function: Utilize the tilting function of the mast for precise load handling.
- Adjusting Fork Width: Slide the forks to adjust their width to accommodate different pallet sizes.
