Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup of your ELEMNT ROAM:

1. Charge the Device: Connect the provided charging cable to the USB port on the device and a power source. Ensure the device is fully charged before first use.
2. Mounting: Choose between the Aero Out-Front mount or the Stem mount based on your preference. Securely attach the chosen mount to your bicycle handlebars or stem. The device attaches to the mount with a quarter-turn twist.

Navigation

The ELEMNT ROAM offers robust on-device turn-by-turn navigation. You can generate routes by selecting a location directly on the map page using pan and zoom, or by choosing from saved locations. Routes can also be created in the ELEMNT Companion App by entering a destination, address, or point of interest, then synced to the ROAM via Bluetooth. Top LEDs and audible cues provide real-time guidance for turns and off-course alerts.

Data Display and Customization

Connectivity and Training

The ELEMNT ROAM seamlessly integrates with popular training platforms like TrainerRoad, TrainingPeaks, and Today’s Plan. Saved routes are automatically downloaded, and completed rides are wirelessly uploaded to authorized third-party accounts. Smart notifications provide on-screen alerts for calls, texts, and emails when paired with your smartphone, which can be disabled with "Do Not Disturb" mode. Live Tracking allows you to share your ride progress with others.
