3. Initial Setup

General Operation Steps

1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired dry or soaked ingredients (e.g., soybeans, almonds, fruits) into the pitcher.
2. Add Water: Pour water into the pitcher. Ensure the water level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' lines indicated inside the pitcher to prevent overflow or underfilling.
3. Secure Lid: Close the lid firmly.
4. Select Function: Press the desired function button on the control panel. The machine has options like 'Dried Bean', 'Soaked Bean', 'Green Bean', 'Healthy Paste', 'Dessert', 'Mix Congee', and 'Blender Wash'.
5. Start: The machine will begin its cycle. Heating functions incorporate intermittent stirring. If the machine stops stirring, it is heating up, not malfunctioning.
6. Completion: The machine will beep when the selected program is finished.
7. Serve: Carefully pour out the prepared beverage. For smoother results, especially with soy or nut milk, use the provided strainer.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Automatic Self-Cleaning
