Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
- Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The LED indicators on the case and/or earbuds will show charging status. Refer to the LED indicator section for details.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable. A full charge provides over 10 hours of music and talk time.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
- Ensure the earbuds are charged.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, and their LED indicators will flash (e.g., blue and red alternately).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices. You should see "SOAR Earbuds V.5" or a similar name appear in the list.
- Select the earbuds from the list to connect. Once connected, the LED indicators on the earbuds will stop flashing or show a solid blue light, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
- If pairing fails, turn off the earbuds, disable Bluetooth on your device, and repeat the steps.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the multi-function button on each earbud for approximately 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the multi-function button on each earbud for approximately 5 seconds.
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Single tap the multi-function button on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap the multi-function button on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap the multi-function button on the left earbud.
- Volume Up: Triple tap the multi-function button on the right earbud.
- Volume Down: Triple tap the multi-function button on the left earbud.
Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Single tap the multi-function button on either earbud.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Ear Gels: Regularly remove and clean the ear gels with a damp cloth. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
