3. Sizing Guide

Proper sizing is crucial for the effectiveness of the RecoveryPulse Arm sleeve. A correct fit ensures optimal compression and vibration delivery without restricting circulation. Please follow the instructions below to determine your size.

How to Measure:

  1. Ensure your arm muscles are relaxed.
  2. Using a flexible measuring tape, measure the circumference of your bicep at its widest point.

Important: If you are between sizes and new to compression, it is recommended to size up for the best experience. If you are accustomed to compression garments, you may size down for a tighter fit.

4. Setup

Charging the Device:

The RecoveryPulse Arm sleeve is powered by a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.

  1. Locate the battery pack within the sleeve.
  2. Carefully remove the battery pack from its compartment.
  3. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-A charging cable to the battery pack and a suitable USB power adapter.
  4. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. The charging indicator light on the battery pack will show its status.
  5. Allow the battery to charge completely. A full charge typically takes approximately 60-90 minutes and provides approximately 2-3 hours of use.
  6. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and reinsert the battery pack into the sleeve's compartment, ensuring it is securely placed.

Note: The charging port is located on the side of the battery pack. Ensure the battery is removed from the sleeve for easier access during charging.

Wearing the Sleeve:

  1. Slide the RecoveryPulse Arm sleeve onto your arm.
  2. Position the control panel (with the "RecoveryPulse" label) on the outside of your arm, typically over the bicep or tricep area, depending on your target area for vibration.
  3. Ensure the sleeve fits snugly but comfortably, without any bagging or excessive tightness that would restrict circulation. You should be able to slide a finger between the sleeve and your skin at the top and bottom edges.

5. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

  • To power on the device, press and hold the power button on the control panel until the indicator light illuminates.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button again until the indicator light turns off.

Selecting Vibration Modes:

The RecoveryPulse Arm offers three distinct vibration modes:

  • Low: Ideal for general recovery and gentle pain relief.
  • High: Suitable for warm-up routines and more intensive exercise recovery.
  • Wave: Designed for relaxation and soothing muscle discomfort.

To cycle through the modes, short press the mode selection button (usually indicated by a wave icon or similar) on the control panel. The indicator light may change color or pattern to indicate the active mode.

  1. Before washing, always remove the battery pack from the sleeve.
  2. The sleeve is machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water.
  3. Do not bleach.
  4. Air dry the sleeve completely before reinserting the battery pack. Do not tumble dry or iron.
  5. Wipe the battery pack with a damp cloth if needed. Do not submerge the battery pack in water.

7. Troubleshooting
