The Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker PRO MC1010 is a versatile 6-in-1 multi-cooker designed to simplify your cooking process. This appliance combines the functionality of a slow cooker, food warmer, nonstick pot, sauté pan, cast iron skillet, saucier, saucepan, stock pot, Dutch oven, roasting pan, bread maker, and includes an integrated utensil. It features Triple Fusion Heat technology, utilizing bottom, side, and steam heating elements to achieve efficient cooking results. The removable cooking pot is oven safe up to 500°F, allowing for flexible cooking methods and easy transfer from cooker to oven to table.

  • Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled before use.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • This appliance is for household use only.
  • The cooking pot is oven safe up to 500°F. Do not exceed this temperature.
  • Avoid using metal utensils or sharp objects in the nonstick pot to prevent scratching the surface.

Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from the appliance.
  2. Clean Components: Wash the cooking pot, glass lid, and integrated spoon-ladle in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The cooking pot is nonstick; hand-washing is recommended to extend its life. The utensil and glass lid are dishwasher safe.
  3. Wipe Base Unit: Wipe the exterior of the PossibleCooker base unit with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
  4. Placement: Place the base unit on a clean, dry, level surface away from the edge of the countertop. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
  5. Insert Pot: Place the clean, dry cooking pot into the base unit.
  6. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

The Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker PRO offers 6 cooking functions: Slow Cook, Sear/Sauté, Keep Warm, Sous Vide, Braise, and Proof. The control panel features intuitive buttons for selecting functions, adjusting temperature/time, and starting/stopping the cooking process.

Control Panel Overview

  • POWER Button: Turns the unit on/off.
  • TEMP Button: Adjusts cooking temperature.
  • TIME Button: Adjusts cooking time.
  • START/STOP Button: Initiates or cancels a cooking program.
  • Dial: Used to select cooking functions and adjust values.
  • Display Screen: Shows selected function, temperature, and time.

Triple Fusion Heat Technology

This technology combines three heating elements for comprehensive cooking:

  • Bottom Heat: Locks in flavor and allows for direct searing and sautéing in the pot.
  • Side Heat: Provides uniform temperature distribution for even cooking, especially beneficial for slow-cooked recipes.
  • Steam Heat: Helps keep ingredients juicy and prevents meals from drying out.

Cooking Functions

  1. Slow Cook: Ideal for tenderizing meats and developing rich flavors over extended periods. Select 'Slow Cook', set desired temperature and time, then press START/STOP.
  2. Sear/Sauté: Use the bottom heating elements to brown proteins and sauté vegetables directly in the cooking pot, eliminating the need for a separate stovetop pan. Select 'Sear/Sauté', set desired temperature, then press START/STOP.

  4. Keep Warm: Maintains food at a serving temperature after cooking is complete. This function can be manually selected or may activate automatically after certain cooking programs.
  5. Sous Vide: Precision cooking for perfectly cooked ingredients. Place food in a sealed bag, immerse in water in the pot, select 'Sous Vide', set temperature and time, then press START/STOP.
  6. Braise: Combines searing and slow cooking to create tender, flavorful dishes.
  7. Proof: Provides a controlled warm environment for dough to rise, ideal for baking. Select 'Proof', set desired temperature and time, then press START/STOP.

Oven-Safe Pot Usage

The removable cooking pot is oven safe up to 500°F. This allows you to transfer your meal from the multi-cooker directly into a conventional oven to finish with a crispy top or for baking. Always use oven mitts when handling the hot pot.

Integrated Utensil

Maintenance and Cleaning
