Setup

Setting the Time and Date

1. Unscrew the Crown: Locate the crown on the right side of the watch case. If it is a screw-down crown, gently unscrew it counter-clockwise until it springs out to position 1.
2. Pull to Position 2 (Date Setting): Gently pull the crown out to the first click position (Position 2). Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the date. Adjust the date to the day before the current date.
3. Pull to Position 3 (Time Setting): Pull the crown out to the second click position (Position 3). The second hand will stop. Turn the crown to advance the hour and minute hands. Continue turning past 12 o'clock to ensure the date changes; this indicates it is midnight. Set the correct time, paying attention to AM/PM for the date change mechanism.
4. Push and Screw Down the Crown: Once the time and date are set, push the crown back into Position 1. For screw-down crowns, gently push and screw it clockwise back into the case to ensure water resistance.
