Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic safety precautions:

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not immerse the motor unit (the top part of the blender) in water or any other liquid.
• Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning any parts.
• Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, and clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils, away from blades during operation to prevent injury and damage to the appliance.
• Blades are sharp. Handle with care when cleaning.

Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (blender stick, whisk, chopper bowl, chopper blade, measuring cup) in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

Attaching the Blender Stick

1. Align the blender stick attachment with the motor unit.
2. Twist the blender stick clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click.
3. To detach, twist counter-clockwise and pull apart.

Attaching the Whisk

1. Insert the whisk into the whisk coupler.
2. Align the whisk coupler with the motor unit.
3. Twist the coupler clockwise until it locks securely into place.

Assembling the Chopper

1. Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.
2. Add your ingredients to the chopper bowl. Do not overfill.
3. Place the chopper lid (which is integrated with the motor unit connection) onto the chopper bowl, ensuring it aligns properly.
4. Attach the motor unit to the chopper lid by twisting clockwise until it locks.

Operating Instructions

Variable Speed Control

The hand blender features infinitely variable speed settings. Rotate the dial on the top of the motor unit to adjust the speed from low to high, allowing precise control for different ingredients and desired textures.

Using the Immersion Blender

1. Attach the blender stick to the motor unit.
2. Immerse the blender stick into the ingredients in a deep pot, bowl, or the provided measuring cup. Ensure the blades are fully submerged.
3. Press and hold the power button to start blending. Adjust the speed as needed using the top dial.
4. Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even blending.
5. Release the power button to stop.
6. Do not operate for more than 20 seconds at a time.

Using the Whisk Attachment

1. Attach the whisk to the motor unit.
2. Place the whisk into the ingredients (e.g., egg whites, cream) in a bowl.
3. Press and hold the power button to start whisking. Use lower speeds for initial mixing and gradually increase for desired consistency.
4. Move the whisk gently to incorporate air.
5. Release the power button to stop.

Using the Chopper Attachment

2. Ensure the motor unit is securely attached to the chopper lid.
3. Press and hold the power button in short pulses to chop ingredients. This pulsing action provides better control over the consistency.
4. Do not continuously operate for extended periods.

6. Once chopping is complete, unplug the appliance, detach the motor unit, and carefully remove the blade before emptying the chopper bowl.
