1. Important Safety Instructions

• DO NOT use while sleeping.

• DO NOT use with liniments, salves, or ointments, especially those containing heat-producing ingredients, as skin burns could result.
• DO NOT fold, crush, or bunch the heating pad during use. This can cause overheating.
• DO NOT insert pins or other metallic objects into the heating pad.
• DO NOT use if the cord or plug is damaged. If the heating pad malfunctions, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Contact Bedsure customer support.
• Always unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet when not in use.
• Keep out of reach of children.

3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
2. Inspect: Before first use, inspect the heating pad and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Connect: Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the heating pad's connector.
4. Placement: Drape the heating pad over your neck and shoulders. The weighted design helps it stay in place.
5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC, 60Hz electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Bedsure Heating Pad is operated via its attached handheld controller.

Controller Functions:

• Power Button (⏻): Press to turn the heating pad ON or OFF. The digital display will illuminate when powered on.
• Heat Level Adjustment (+ / -): Use the '+' and '-' buttons to cycle through the 6 available heating levels (01-06). Level 01 is the lowest heat, and Level 06 is the highest.
• Timer Button (◷): Press to select one of the 3 available time settings. The heating pad will automatically shut off after the selected duration. If no timer is set, the default auto shut-off is 2 hours.

For optimal use, start with a lower heat setting and gradually increase it until you find your desired comfort level. Always ensure the heating pad is placed flat and not folded during operation.

5. Maintenance

Cleaning Instructions:

To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your Bedsure Heating Pad, follow these cleaning guidelines:

1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet and disconnect the controller from the pad before cleaning.
2. Machine Wash: The fabric portion of the heating pad is machine washable. Use a gentle cycle with cold water.
3. Mild Detergent: Use a small amount of mild detergent. Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning agents.
4. Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure all detergent is rinsed out.
5. Air Dry: Hang the heating pad to air dry completely. DO NOT tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller or plugging it in.

Storage:

When not in use, store the heating pad in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding it tightly or placing heavy objects on top of it, which could damage the internal heating elements.
