1. Setup Guide

1.1 Unboxing and Initial Placement

Carefully remove all packaging materials from the Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ machine. Place the machine on a clean, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and access to the water tank.

1.2 Filling the Water Tank

Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, potable water up to the 'MAX' level indicator. Reattach the water tank securely to the machine.

1.3 Initial Rinse Cycle

Before first use, or after a period of inactivity, perform a rinse cycle. Ensure the water tank is filled. Place a container (at least 0.5 liters) under the coffee outlet. Close the machine head (without a capsule) and press the brew button. The machine will run water through the system to clean it. Repeat this process 2-3 times.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Brewing Coffee

1. Ensure the water tank is filled with fresh water.
2. Turn on the machine by pressing the brew button. Wait for the light to become steady (not flashing), indicating it's ready.
3. Lift the lever to open the machine head.
4. Insert a Nespresso Vertuo capsule into the capsule holder.
5. Close the machine head by pushing down the lever until it locks.
6. Place your cup under the coffee outlet.
7. Press the brew button once. The machine will automatically recognize the capsule and brew the coffee to the correct size.
8. Once brewing is complete, the light will stop flashing. Enjoy your coffee.
