Before using your MultiGrill 9 for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the grill and its accessories.
  2. Clean Plates: Wash the grill and flat plates, as well as the grease tray, in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The plates are dishwasher safe.
  3. Install Plates: Ensure the grill is unplugged. Insert the desired plates (grill or flat) into the upper and lower heating positions until they click securely into place.
  4. Position Grease Tray: Slide the grease tray into its designated slot at the front or side of the grill.
  5. Placement: Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface, away from walls or flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
  6. First Use Pre-heating: For the first use, it is recommended to pre-heat the grill for approximately 10 minutes without food to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your MultiGrill 9, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
