IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: For safety during transport, the airvent hose has been pulled out when the vehicle is packaged, and a rubber cap is used to block the airvent to prevent oil leakage during transportation. After receiving the bike, remove the rubber cap as shown in the picture and insert the hose back into the airvent. If you do not remove the rubber cap and insert the hose back into the airvent, any potential oil leak and engine damage caused by excessive internal pressure on the engine during use will not be covered by your warranty.

Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing, when operating this vehicle. Operating this vehicle under the age of 12 increases your chance of severe injury or death. NEVER permit children under 12 to operate this vehicle.

3. Unboxing and Assembly

Your X-PRO 110cc Dirt Bike requires some assembly. This typically includes attaching the handlebars, front wheel, front fender, and connecting the battery. Follow the steps below and refer to the provided videos for visual guidance.

3.1. Unpacking the Crate

3.2. Front Fork and Handlebar Installation

Install the front forks into the triple clamps. Ensure they are aligned correctly and tighten the bolts securely. Attach the handlebar risers and then the handlebars, ensuring all cables are routed correctly and not pinched. Tighten all bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
