Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully for secure installation:
- Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location. Ensure there are no hidden electrical wires or plumbing in the drilling path.
- Mark Drilling Points: Hold the wall mount plate against the wall at the desired height and use a pencil to mark the two drilling points. Ensure the mount is level.
- Drill Holes: Drill two holes at the marked points. The drill bit size will depend on your wall type and the provided anchors. For wood studs, drill pilot holes. For concrete/brick, use the provided anchors.
- Attach Wall Plate: Secure the wall mount plate to the wall using the appropriate screws and anchors. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Attach Monitor Plate to Screen: Attach the monitor mounting plate to the back of your TV or monitor using the correct VESA screws and spacers from the TV mounting kit. Ensure the elastic protective pads are placed between the mount and the screen to prevent scratches.
- Mount Screen to Wall Plate: Carefully lift the screen with the attached monitor plate and align it with the wall mount plate. Slide the monitor plate onto the wall plate using the special dovetail mechanism.
- Secure Screen: Once the screen is in place, tighten the locking screw on the monitor plate to prevent accidental dislodgement or falling when rotated.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your wall mount.
- Cleaning: Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Damage Check: Inspect the mount for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. If any issues are found, discontinue use and contact customer support.
Troubleshooting
- Screen is not level:
Solution: Loosen the mounting screws slightly, adjust the screen to be level, and then re-tighten all screws securely. - Screen feels unstable:
Solution: Ensure all wall mounting screws and monitor plate screws are fully tightened. Verify that the locking screw is engaged. Check that your screen's weight does not exceed the mount's capacity. - Difficulty rotating the screen:
Solution: Ensure the locking screw is not overtightened, which might restrict movement. If the issue persists, check for any obstructions. - Mount does not fit my TV/Monitor:
Solution: Verify your screen's VESA pattern (distance between mounting holes on the back of your screen) matches the mount's compatibility (75x75mm or 100x100mm). Also, confirm your screen size and weight are within the specified limits.
