1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your LUBAN LED Stack Tower Light. • Electrical Safety: Ensure power is disconnected before installation or maintenance. All wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes.
• Voltage Compatibility: Verify that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the light tower (DC 12 to 24V for this model).
• Mounting: Mount the device securely on a stable surface to prevent accidental falls.
• Environmental Conditions: The product is rated IP54 against dust and moisture. Avoid exposing it to conditions beyond its specified environmental ratings.

4. Setup & Installation

4.1 Mounting the Light Tower

The LUBAN LED Stack Tower Light can be mounted using its adjustable bracket. The bracket allows for 180-degree rotation, providing flexibility in positioning.

1. Choose a suitable location for mounting, ensuring it is stable and provides clear visibility.
2. Secure the mounting bracket to the desired surface (wall or pole) using appropriate fasteners (not included).
3. Attach the light tower to the mounting bracket. The light base is 180° rotatable for optimal positioning.

4.2 Wiring Instructions

Refer to the wiring diagram below for proper electrical connection. Ensure power is OFF before connecting any wires.

• Black Line: Common Power (Negative)
• Red Line: Red Light (Positive)
• Connect the Black Line to the negative terminal of your DC 12-24V power supply.
• Connect the Red Line to the positive terminal of your DC 12-24V power supply to illuminate the red light.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

Once properly wired, the light tower will illuminate when power is supplied to the corresponding color line. Disconnect power to turn off the light.

5.2 Switching Light Modes (Continuous/Flashing)

Each light tier is equipped with a small switch to toggle between continuous (steady on) and flashing light modes. This switch is located on the internal LED board of each layer.

1. Carefully unscrew the lampshade of the desired light layer.
2. Locate the small toggle switch on the LED circuit board.
3. Flip the switch to select either continuous or flashing mode.
4. Gently reattach and screw the lampshade back into place, ensuring a secure fit to maintain IP54 rating.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your LUBAN LED Stack Tower Light.

• Cleaning: Periodically wipe the exterior of the light tower with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Inspection: Regularly inspect the wiring for any signs of damage, fraying, or loose connections. Ensure the mounting is secure.
• Lampshade: The lampshade features a spin connection for easy opening and closing, which also helps prevent water droplets and dust from entering. Ensure it is always securely fastened after any internal adjustments.
