3. Setup

4. Operating Instructions

General Operation:
- Plug the appliance into a 110V power outlet. The red indicator light will illuminate.
- Turn the temperature control dial to your desired setting (1-5).
- Allow the appliance to preheat. The green indicator light will turn on during preheating and turn off when the desired temperature is reached.
- Carefully open the lid and place your food onto the preheated plates.
- Close the lid and latch the handle.
- Cook for the recommended time or until desired doneness. The green light may cycle on and off during cooking to maintain temperature.

5. Plate Installation and Removal
The removable plates make switching between cooking functions and cleaning simple.
To Remove Plates:
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cool.
- Locate the plate release buttons on the side of the main unit (refer to Image 6).
- Press the release button firmly while gently lifting the plate.
- Repeat for the other plate.
To Install Plates:
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged and cool.

6. Maintenance
