6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not power on. | Incorrect power adapter or insufficient power. | Ensure you are using the original MeLE 5V/3A power adapter. Do not use power banks or other Type-C power supplies. |
| No display output. | Loose HDMI connection, incorrect input selected on display, or graphic driver issue. | Check HDMI cable connection. Ensure your TV/monitor is on the correct HDMI input. Try reinstalling the graphic driver (see Section 5.3). |
| Windows not activated. | No internet connection. | Connect the Mini PC to the internet (Ethernet or Wi-Fi). Activation is automatic. The product key is on a sticker on the device. |
| Slow performance. | Too many applications running, limited RAM for demanding tasks. | Close unnecessary applications. This is an entry-level PC; it is not designed for high-demand tasks like heavy gaming or video rendering. |
| Device feels warm. | Normal operation for fanless design. | This is expected. The fanless design dissipates heat through the casing. Surface temperatures of 55°C to 70°C are normal and within safety standards. |
