3. Setup

3.1 Initial Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are fully charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (LED indicators will flash blue/white).
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "EarFun Air Pro 3" from the list to connect. Once connected, the LED indicators will turn off.

3.2 Ear Tip Selection and Fit

For optimal sound quality and Active Noise Cancellation performance, it is crucial to choose the correct size of ear tips. 4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on and connect to the last paired device.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

4.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) Modes

The EarFun Air Pro 3 features hybrid ANC technology with EarFun's proprietary QuietSmart 2.0, offering up to 43dB of noise reduction. You can switch between three modes:

• Noise Cancelling Mode: Reduces ambient noise for an immersive listening experience.
• Normal Mode: Standard audio playback without noise cancellation or ambient sound.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your EarFun Air Pro 3 earbuds, regular cleaning is recommended.

• Cleaning Ear Tips: Remove the silicone ear tips and clean them with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Cleaning Charging Contacts: Use a dry cotton swab or a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the charging case. This prevents charging issues caused by dirt or debris.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand sweat and light rain. Avoid submerging them in water or using them for swimming.

• No Sound/Low Volume:
  • Ensure earbuds are properly seated in your ears and ear tips provide a good seal.
  • Check device volume and earbud volume.
  • Clean the earbud mesh and charging contacts.
  • If one earbud has low bass or no sound, try resetting the earbuds and re-pairing.
  • Adjust the equalizer settings in the EarFun Audio app. If volume is too low even at max, try increasing all 6 EQ points to +10. If too loud at min, try decreasing to -10.
• Earbuds Not Connecting/Pairing:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Place earbuds in the case, close, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
  • Forget/delete "EarFun Air Pro 3" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Restart your device.
• Charging Issues:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected.
  • Clean the charging contacts on both earbuds and the case.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
• App Issues:
  • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the EarFun Audio app.
