Setup

Initial Expansion (First Use Only)

Upon first receiving the product, open the valve to allow the foam topper to fully expand from its compressed packaging. This process may take 12-24 hours for complete expansion. This step is only required once.

Inflation

  1. Ensure the airbed is laid on a level surface, free from stones and sharp objects, to prevent damage.
  2. Locate the built-in electric pump on the side of the mattress.
  3. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Turn the control dial to the "INFLATE" position. The pump will begin to inflate the mattress.
  5. Stop inflating once the airbed is fully expanded and firm to your desired comfort level. Do not over-inflate.
  6. Once inflated, ALWAYS turn the control dial to the "OFF" (middle) position to prevent deflation.
  7. Store the power cord in the integrated storage compartment on the pump unit.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Firmness

The built-in pump allows for easy adjustment of the mattress firmness. If the mattress feels too soft, simply turn the dial to "INFLATE" for a short period to add more air. If it feels too firm, briefly turn the dial to "DEFLATE" to release some air until your desired comfort is achieved.

Optimal Top Cushion Usage

For optimal top cushion usage, please ensure to remove the air nozzle during use to allow the silk foam topper to fully expand and provide maximum comfort.

Maintenance

Deflation and Storage

  1. To deflate the mattress, turn the control dial on the built-in pump to the "DEFLATE" position. The pump will actively remove air from the mattress.
  2. Once fully deflated, roll up the airbed.
  3. Secure the rolled mattress with the included strap.
  4. Place the deflated and rolled mattress into the convenient carrying bag for seamless storage and transportation.

Temperature Considerations

Avoid exposing your airbed to extreme temperatures (hot or cold). In hot weather, the air inside will expand, requiring you to let out some air to prevent overpressure and potential popping. In cold weather, the air will contract, which may cause the airbed to lose some pressure and require additional inflation.

Pump Care

  • Do not expose the electric pump to moisture.
  • Never run the pump for longer than 10 minutes at a time. Allow the motor to cool down for 7 minutes before using it again.
  • Disconnect the plug when the pump is not in use.

Troubleshooting

Mattress Losing Air

If your mattress appears to be losing air, first ensure that the valve at the pump is ALWAYS turned to the "OFF" (middle) position after inflation. Also, check the airbed for any visible holes, rips, or tears. While the mattress is designed with anti-leak fabric, punctures can occur from sharp objects.
