Introduction

The FLEXTAIL Max Repel Portable Electric Mosquito Repeller is designed to provide effective mosquito protection for outdoor activities. This compact and rechargeable device utilizes advanced heating technology to activate repellent pads, creating a protective zone against mosquitoes and midges. It features two operating modes for versatility and can also serve as an emergency power supply for your mobile devices.

Setup

1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the Max Repel S using the provided Type-C cable. The battery indicator lights will show charging progress.
2. Insert Repellent Pads:

   Locate the slot for the repellent pads. Insert 1-2 mosquito repellent tablets into the dual-heating electronic repellent. Ensure the pads are correctly seated. The recommended pad size is 0.86" x 1.37" x 0.11". If your pads are larger, they may need to be trimmed.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Double-click the power button for 2 seconds to activate the repeller. The device will start in Camp Mode (green light).
2. Select Mode:
   • To switch from Camp Mode (green light) to Outdoor Mode (red light), single-click the power button.
   • To switch back to Camp Mode, single-click the power button again.

   Allow 5-10 minutes for the device to fully establish the protection zone after activation.

3. Power Off: When finished, single-click the switch again to turn off the repeller.
4. Emergency Power Bank Function:

   The built-in 9600mAh battery can be used to charge other USB-powered devices. Connect your phone, wireless headset, or other gadgets to the appropriate USB port on the repeller. Charging times will vary depending on the device being charged.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Ensure the device is turned off and completely cooled down before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove any used repellent pads before storing for extended periods.
• Battery Care: For optimal battery life, charge the device fully before long-term storage and recharge it every 3-6 months if not in use.

• Mosquito repellent suitable size: 0.86" x 1.37" x 0.11".
• Better place it in the center of the desired repellent zone.
• If it is windy, place the repellent upwind of where you are sitting.
• Do not cover repeller while it is in use.
• To protect a larger area, please insert two mats or use multiple repellers.
• Keep away from water during using.
• Do not use in a closed room or in a tent where the air is not flowing. Ensure adequate ventilation.
• Allow the device to cool down completely before handling or storing after use.
