Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your new phone case and screen protector.

1. Prepare Your Device: Ensure your ESSENTIELB HEYou 70 phone is clean and free of dust or debris. Use a microfiber cloth to wipe the screen thoroughly.
2. Install the Tempered Glass Screen Protector:

   Carefully align the tempered glass screen protector with your phone's screen. Start from one edge and gently lower it, allowing it to adhere. Press out any air bubbles towards the edges. The screen protector is designed to be scratch-proof and shatterproof, offering robust protection.

3. Install the Phone Case:

   Gently insert your phone into the case, ensuring all corners are securely fitted. The case is constructed from a PC hard back panel and a soft silicone frame, providing a 2-in-1 protective solution with shock airbags at the corners for enhanced drop protection. The case is designed to be higher than the camera and screen for flat surface protection.

4. Attach the Ring Support: The adhesive metal finger ring support can be attached to the back of the case or used separately. Peel off the adhesive backing and firmly press the ring onto the desired location on the case. Allow a few moments for the adhesive to set.

Operating Instructions

• Using the Finger Ring Support:

  The finger ring support rotates 360 degrees, providing a secure grip for one-hand operation and reducing the risk of accidental drops. It can also function as a kickstand for hands-free viewing in both portrait and landscape orientations.

• Magnetic Car Mount Compatibility:

  The metal plate integrated into the ring support allows for easy attachment to magnetic car mounts (not included). This provides a convenient and secure way to use your phone for navigation or hands-free calls while driving. Please note that wireless charging is not supported when the ring holder is attached to the case.

• Colorful Reflect Light Feature: The case features an IMD laser style with a frosted surface. This design allows different angles of light to produce varying color reflection effects, adding a unique aesthetic to your device.

Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your phone case and screen protector.

• Cleaning the Case: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the PC hard back panel and soft silicone frame. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish or print.
• Cleaning the Screen Protector: For the tempered glass, use a screen cleaner specifically designed for electronics or a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Wipe gently to remove fingerprints and smudges.
• Ring Holder Care: If the ring holder becomes loose, ensure the adhesive area is clean and dry before re-applying. Avoid excessive force when rotating the ring.

Troubleshooting

• Screen Protector Appears Small or Misaligned: Ensure you have the correct model (ESSENTIELB HEYou 70) and that the screen protector is centered before application. Slight variations in screen dimensions can sometimes occur.
