4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Battery

Before initial use, fully charge the body camera. The built-in 3000mAh rechargeable battery supports up to 24 hours of continuous recording when fully charged. A 10-minute charge can provide approximately 1 hour of recording time.

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the camera's TYPEC USB port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the wall charger and plug it into a power outlet.
3. The camera's indicator light will show charging status. Refer to the screen for battery level.

4.2 Inserting the SD Card

The camera comes with a 64GB Kingston SD card. Ensure the card is properly inserted before recording.

1. Locate the Micro SD Card slot on the side of the camera.
2. Gently insert the 64GB Micro SD card into the slot with the gold contacts facing the back of the camera until it clicks into place.
3. To remove, push the card in slightly until it springs out.

4.3 Attaching the Clips

The camera includes both shoulder and waist clips for versatile mounting options.

1. Select either the shoulder clip or the waist clip based on your preference.
2. Align the clip with the clip socket on the top-back of the camera.
3. Slide the clip into the socket until it securely locks.
4. The clips are designed to rotate 360 degrees for optimal positioning.

5. Operation

5.1 Power On/Off

• To Power On: With the camera powered off, long-press the Video Button for 3 seconds. The camera will power on and immediately begin recording video. This feature allows for quick activation in emergency situations.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power ON/OFF Switch until the device shuts down.

5.2 Recording Video

The camera records video in 1080P resolution with a 145° wide-angle lens.

1. Ensure the camera is powered on.
2. To start recording, short-press the Video Button. A red indicator light will typically flash, and a recording icon will appear on the screen.
3. To stop recording, short-press the Video Button again. The recording will save, and the indicator light will change.

5.3 Taking Photos

The camera can capture 12-megapixel still images.

1. Ensure the camera is powered on and not currently recording video.
2. Short-press the Photo/Snap Button to take a picture.

5.4 Night Vision

The camera automatically activates night vision mode in low-light conditions for clearer video. It uses two high-intensity infrared LEDs.

• The camera is designed to automatically switch to night vision when ambient light is insufficient.
• You can also manually control the infrared function using the Infrared Switch if available in the menu settings.

5.5 Loop Recording

The loop recording function ensures continuous recording by overwriting the oldest files when the memory card is full.

• To enable or disable loop recording, navigate through the camera's menu using the Mode/Menu/Return button and the Previous/Next switches.
• Confirm your selection with the Play/Stop(enter) button.

5.6 Connecting to Computer and Data Transfer

All recorded video and picture files can be transferred to a computer for storage and review. Files cannot be deleted or modified directly on the camera to protect data integrity.
