4. Setup Instructions
The HOTEEL Pop-Up Gazebo features a one-push center lock system for quick and easy assembly, often achievable by one person in minutes.
- Step 1: Unfold the Frame. Place the folded frame in the desired location. With a partner, or by yourself, gently pull the outer legs of the frame outwards until it begins to expand.
- Step 2: Attach the Canopy Top. Drape the canopy fabric over the partially expanded frame. Ensure the corners of the canopy align with the corners of the frame. Secure the canopy to the frame using the hook-and-loop fasteners.
- Step 3: Lock the Center Mechanism. From underneath the canopy, push up on the central hub of the frame until it clicks into place. This engages the 'One Push Center Lock' technology, securing all four legs simultaneously.
- Step 4: Extend the Legs. Press the red adjustment buttons on each leg and extend them to your desired height. Ensure all four legs are extended to the same height for stability.
- Step 5: Secure the Gazebo. Use the provided ropes and ground stakes to anchor the gazebo firmly to the ground. Attach ropes to the canopy corners and stake them into the ground at an angle.

- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before folding and storing.
- Frame Care: Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Ensure the frame is dry before storage to prevent rust.
- Inspection: Periodically check all bolts, screws, and locking mechanisms to ensure they are tight and functioning correctly. Inspect the canopy for any tears or damage.
7. Storage
To prolong the life of your gazebo, proper storage is essential.
- Ensure the canopy is clean and completely dry before folding.
- Lower all legs to their shortest height.
- Disengage the center lock mechanism and gently push the frame inwards to fold it.
- Remove the canopy from the frame.
- Place the folded frame and canopy into the wheeled carry bag.

8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Gazebo is unstable or wobbly. | Not properly anchored; legs uneven; center lock not engaged. | Ensure all legs are at the same height. Fully engage the center lock. Use all ground stakes and ropes to secure the gazebo. |
| Difficulty opening/closing the frame. | Frame components are stiff or misaligned. | Apply light lubricant to moving parts if necessary. Ensure no fabric is caught in the frame. Gently expand/contract the frame evenly. |
| Water pooling on canopy. | Canopy not taut enough; improper setup. | Ensure the canopy is stretched tightly over the frame. Verify the frame is fully extended and locked. |
