Step 1: Identify Components and Dimensions
This diagram illustrates the main components and overall dimensions of the bistro table: a square tabletop (60 cm x 60 cm / 23.6 inches x 23.6 inches), a central support column, and a square base (40 cm / 15.7 inches wide). The total height of the assembled table is 75 cm (29.5 inches). Familiarize yourself with these parts before proceeding.
Step 2: Assemble the Central Column
Carefully connect the individual panels that form the central support column using the provided fasteners. Ensure the panels are aligned correctly according to the assembly guide's illustrations. Do not overtighten screws at this stage.
Step 3: Attach the Column to the Base
Position the assembled central column onto the square base. Align the pre-drilled holes and secure the column to the base using the appropriate screws. Tighten these connections firmly to ensure stability.
Step 4: Secure the Tabletop
Place the square tabletop upside down on a soft, protected surface. Carefully position the column and base assembly onto the tabletop, aligning the mounting points. Attach the tabletop to the column using the remaining screws. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
Step 5: Final Check and Placement
Once fully assembled, carefully turn the table upright. Check all connections again to ensure they are tight. Place the table in its desired indoor location. Ensure the table is level and stable before use.
