6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Connectivity Issues
- Keyboard not connecting: Ensure the mode switch (Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, USB) is set correctly. For wireless modes, check battery level. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is on and the keyboard is in pairing mode. For 2.4GHz, ensure the USB dongle is securely inserted.
- Intermittent connection: Try moving closer to your device for wireless connections. Ensure no strong interference sources are nearby. Re-pair Bluetooth or re-insert the 2.4GHz dongle.
6.2 Key Input Problems
- Keys not responding: Check if the keyboard is powered on and connected. If specific keys are not working, the switch might be faulty. Use the switch puller to replace the switch (refer to Section 4.2).
- Key chatter (multiple inputs from a single press): This often indicates a faulty switch. Replace the problematic switch using the included tools.
6.3 RGB Lighting Malfunctions
- Lights not working or incorrect colors: Ensure the keyboard is powered on. Try cycling through RGB presets (FN + Insert). If using software, ensure it is running and correctly configured.
6.4 Software Issues
- Software not detecting keyboard: Ensure the keyboard is connected via USB-C or 2.4GHz wireless. Restart the software and/or your computer.
- Custom settings not applying: Ensure you have saved and applied settings within the software.
