Maintenance
1. Emptying the Dustbin
Regularly empty the dustbin to maintain optimal suction performance. The dustbin is located at the front of the vacuum.
- Twist or unlatch the dustbin from the main body of the vacuum.
- Carefully remove the HEPA filter assembly from the dustbin. Note: Some users have reported that the filter can be difficult to remove initially. Repeated removal and insertion may ease this. Avoid excessive force.
- Empty the collected debris into a trash receptacle.
2. Cleaning the Filters
The RUBOT P15 uses multi-coated filters, including a metal filter and a HEPA filter, which are washable and reusable.
- After emptying the dustbin, separate the HEPA filter from the metal filter.
- Rinse both filters under running water until clean. Do not use harsh detergents.
- Allow the filters to air dry completely before reassembling and placing them back into the vacuum. Ensure they are fully dry to prevent mold or damage to the motor.
3. Storage
Store the vacuum cleaner and its accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided storage bag to keep all components organized.
