Safety Information

Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all components (glass bottle, silicone sleeve, pivot straw cap, and internal straw) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. The silicone sleeve does not need to be removed for cleaning.
- Assemble Straw: Insert the internal straw firmly into the underside of the pivot straw cap.
- Fill Bottle: Unscrew the pivot straw cap. Fill the glass bottle with your desired beverage. Do not overfill.
- Secure Cap: Screw the pivot straw cap back onto the bottle until it is securely tightened to prevent leaks.

Operating Instructions
- Drinking: To drink, pivot the straw spout upwards until it locks into an upright position. Sip directly from the straw.
- Closing: To close, push the straw spout back down until it clicks securely into the cap, ensuring a leak-resistant seal.
- Carrying: Use the integrated loop on the cap for convenient carrying or attaching to a bag.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your Lifefactory water bottle.
- Dishwasher Safe: All components are dishwasher safe. Place the cap and internal straw on the top rack. The silicone sleeve does not need to be removed from the glass bottle for washing.
- Hand Washing: For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a bottle brush for the interior of the glass bottle. Use a small brush for the straw and cap components to ensure all crevices are clean.
- Drying: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling and storing to prevent mold or mildew.
- Silicone Sleeve Care: The silicone sleeve is designed to stay on the bottle. If removed for any reason, ensure it is clean and dry before re-applying.
Troubleshooting
