Upon unboxing your TCTEC Digital Voice Recorder, please ensure all the following items are present:

Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your TCTEC Digital Voice Recorder. Connect the included USB-C cable to the device's USB-C port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress. A full charge provides up to 35 hours of continuous recording.

2. Inserting the Memory Card

Your recorder comes with a 64GB external memory card, complementing the 32GB internal memory for a total of 96GB storage. Locate the memory card slot on the side of the device. Gently insert the memory card until it clicks into place. Ensure it is inserted correctly to avoid damage.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

To power on the device, slide the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. To power off, slide it to the "OFF" position.

2. Basic Recording

Press the REC button to start recording. The screen will display recording time and audio levels. To pause recording, press the REC button again. To stop and save the recording, press the BACK button.

3. Playback

From the main menu, navigate to "Recordings" using the MENU and BACK buttons. Select the desired audio file and press the PLAY/PAUSE button to begin playback. Use the volume controls (+/- VOL) on the side to adjust the sound level. You can listen through the built-in speaker or by connecting the included headphones to the 3.5mm jack.

4. Noise Cancellation

To enable Voice Activated Recording (VOR), navigate to the settings menu. This feature allows the recorder to automatically start recording when it detects sound and pause when silence is detected, conserving memory and battery life. Adjust the VOR sensitivity level based on your environment.

6. File Management and Password Protection
