Connecting Your Keyboard

The Cherry MX 8.2 TKL supports multiple connection modes:

  1. Wired Connection: Connect the provided USB-C to USB-A cable from the keyboard's USB-C port to an available USB-A port on your computer. The keyboard will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging.
  2. 2.4 GHz RF Wireless Connection: Insert the 2.4 GHz RF USB dongle into an available USB-A port on your computer. Turn on the keyboard using the power switch located on the rear edge. The keyboard should automatically connect. This mode offers ultra-low latency for gaming.
  3. Bluetooth Connection: Turn on the keyboard using the power switch. Activate Bluetooth pairing mode on the keyboard (refer to the Quick Start Guide for specific key combinations, often Fn + a designated key). On your computer or device, search for and select the 'Cherry MX 8.2 TKL' from the list of available Bluetooth devices to pair.
