Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the camcorder.
2. Insert the provided battery, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Memory Card Installation

The camcorder supports SD cards up to 32GB. A 32GB SD card is included in the package.

1. Locate the SD card slot, usually behind the rotatable screen or on the side.
2. Insert the SD card with the metal contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
3. To remove, gently push the card until it pops out.

3. Charging the Camcorder

Use the provided USB cable and charger brick to charge the camcorder.

1. Connect the USB cable to the camcorder's USB port.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the USB charger brick, then into a power outlet.
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Charging is complete when the light turns off.

Basic Operation

1. Power On/Off

To power on the camcorder, simply open the rotatable TFT screen. The camcorder will automatically power on. To power off, close the screen.

2. Recording Video

1. Ensure the camcorder is in video mode (indicated by an icon on the screen).
2. Press the REC/STOP button (usually located on the top or back) to start recording. A red indicator light will typically show that recording is in progress.
3. Press the REC/STOP button again to stop recording.

3. Taking Photos

1. Switch the camcorder to photo mode using the MODE button.
2. Frame your shot using the screen.
3. Press the PHOTO button (usually a dedicated button or the REC/STOP button in photo mode) to take a picture.

4. Zoom Function

Use the W (Wide) and T (Telephoto) buttons/slider to adjust the 16x digital zoom. The zoom controls are typically located on the top of the camcorder.

5. Selfie Mode

The camcorder features a front fill light and a rotatable screen for convenient selfies.

1. Rotate the screen 180 degrees to face forward.
2. Activate the fill light if needed (refer to the menu for light settings).
3. Use the self-timer function (2 or 10 seconds) to automatically capture photos or videos.
